We have 2 iphone 5s in our household and the app keeps on crashing when we try to access the camera roll on both phones. We have tried all the suggestions mentioned in previous posts and nothing works, which is REALLY frustrating. Has there been any further developments on this? Please help!

Just to be on the safe side, let's go through a couple of possible solutions :) -Are you using the latest version of CA? -Have you allowed the Camera Awesome access to your iPhone’s photo library? You can double check if you open your iPhone’s settings, click PRIVACY > PHOTOS > CAMERA! > ON. -Have you tried to uninstall and then re-install CA? If not, please try - just keep in mind that the photos in Camera Awesome will be deleted as soon as you uninstall the application. If you bought filters, no worries, once you re-installed the application, you can restore your purchases via the "Restore Purchases" button in your CA settings. You'll just need to enter your Apple ID password and you'd get back the filters you bought previously. I hope this helps! |
