I have a Smugmug Power site with Galleries setup for each member of the family to post their pics and videos. I want family to be able to post to this site from Camera Awesome on their iPhones. When attempting to connect to my site using my login they are denied access. Presumably it's because they don't have the same Apple ID that I have. How do I configure the accounts to allow my family to post to my site via Camera Awesome?

If you are providing your Email address and password, the same you use to access your site, there should be no issues with accessing SmugMug from Camera Awesome on these multiple devices. Camera Awesome will need to be installed on all deices. I have included a link to assist you with uploading from Camera Awesome below. If you are still having trouble, you can email the SmugMug help desk, by going to help.smugmug.com and choosing the "Email Us" link. |
