I was an early adopter and when I try to purchase a filter Camera Awesome tells me thank you for being an early adopter we've unlocked everything for you. Then when I go to apply an effect it still says it's locked and prompts me to buy it...I try to buy it and it tells me the same thank you message about being an early adopter and that it's unlocking everything, but it doesn't. Then I can't buy anything because I keep getting that message. I've closed the app...rebooted the phone...I can't get it to unlock or purchase any of the filters or presets I want...and they look AWESOME!! So I'm bummed. How can I get this to work?? I've also removed and reinstalled the app a few times...no dice.

A common issue is that the phone might not be linked to the proper Apple ID and then the unlocked filters don't come down. I had to re configure my Apple ID to be the same and they started working. |
