Camera awesome crashed while I was in the middle of a 30 minute video. It was probably because of the battery. I could not retrieve the file in the program but... I found the file in the temp folder of the camera awesome application folder, and I transferred it to my computer. it is called output_31711.mov. When I tried to play it, it is only 12 seconds long and is essentially corrupted. Is there any way to fix it, or get it to be processed? thank you, Roger

I am sorry, there is not a way to restore this file, as all the data is not present. Battery and storage can play into why it was not saved correctly. If you need anything else, please write the Heroes with additional details. |
