SmugMug Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for SmugMug developers and end users. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I have loads of customization on my website and because I can not create HTML pages(the usual way) on SmugMug I had to convert galleries to pages like - about, services etc. Now my dilemma is that when someone views my website http://photom.smugmug.com on a mobile device they can see the pages - but no content, it is empty! It looks very unprofessional. Is there any way to hide those "galleries" from the mobile version of my site?

There are two ways to do this.

1) make those galleries unlisted, and therefore they won't show in the mobile version of your site

2) you can disable the use of our mobile site in your control panel, settings tab. This means that folks using a mobile device like an iPhone would see your site in the normal Safari browser.

1. When i make them unlisted - wiat will happen to them on my normal website and what about seo. 2. What is the point of having mobile version and not using it? I am not happy with the light box on an iPhone while using the full website. – Tomasz Nowicki Feb 22 '12 at 15:36
  1. When they are unlisted they will not be visible regardless of if the person is using a mobile or regular browser.
