Is it possible to modify url structures like one would in an htaccess file for seo purposes?

I'd also like to specify redirects, etc.

I think the simple answer here is no. Given what you can do with an htaccess file, it is not possible to modify the URL structure like that on SmugMug. You can use the nicename feature (look under essentials) to customize it some but that is pretty much the limit.

Redirects are possible at least to some degree using a format like this:
