SmugMug Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for SmugMug developers and end users. It's 100% free, no registration required.

When I try to administer my SmugMug account, I enter a URL that is similar to specialname.smugmug.com, and log in. I can usually then make changes to my albums, account, etc. while on that first page. If I click on an album or a picture and that loads a new page in that same browser window, the URL changes to photos.mydomain.com (photos.mydomain.com is where my users find and purchase my pictures). Once that page has loaded, I no longer see an admin view. Buttons such as Upload, Tools and Themes disappear. In order to get them back, I have to edit the URL and replace photos.mydomain, with specialname.smugmug. Then again, I have admin access. But only for as long as I don't force another page to be loaded.

This gets EXTREMELY tedious. Is there a way to force all my access to be administrative? I used to be able to do so, and would test user access with a different browser, one which hadn't been used to log into SmugMug. Now it seems that with each load of a smugmug page, I am sent to the user view, and I have to manually change back to admin mode by changing the URL displayed.
