SmugMug Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for SmugMug developers and end users. It's 100% free, no registration required.

On my albums, where I have portfolio pricing, if you look at a single picture and click on the shopping cart button, you get the portfolio pricing for that photo:

If, however, you click the Buy button in the upper right hand corner when looking at thumbnails, the pricing that is provided for all the pictures, seems to be the default SmugMug pricing (starting at $0.38):

Needless to say, this is not desirable. It allows users to purchase my photos at a significant and unintended discount.

How do I fix this?

I am certain that this is a logged-in vs. logged out issue. If you are logged in, you will see the prices in your 2nd screenshot. If you are logged out, you will see the prices shown in your first screen shot. It could also be cookie-related, in your browser, can't be sure until you give me your site link.

It looks like you are correct. If I log out, I only see the prices that are meant for my users. I think it might be best to provide a clearer way to handle owner printing, versus user printing. – mahboudz Mar 27 '12 at 10:45
