SmugMug Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for SmugMug developers and end users. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I've enabled Cloud Archival after a couple of weeks, but the existing pictures aren't archived to my account.

Suggestions on how I can fix this? Or what I should do?

I've tried enabling and disabling it again and turning on/off the "Archive Over Wi-Fi Only" option.

Are you logged in to SmugMug for certain? Have you authorized the app? Are your shots going to your SmugMug Gallery (Camera Awesome shots, not the archive)? – Andy Williams Apr 7 '12 at 20:11
Also, CA can only archive/upload while the application is active, if you hit the home button it can only finish the last upload it was doing. – Shizam Apr 9 '12 at 18:39
Looking at your account I see some photos in your Archive and different ones in your 'Camera Awesome' album. Change over to the library (thumb mode) and click the multi-select switch (upper right) and see if any of the progress circles are archiving after you take a photo. – Shizam Apr 9 '12 at 18:47
@AndyWilliams The app is authenticated, since I can publish to Smugmug (Camera Awesome Photos gallery) – Gert Apr 12 '12 at 8:17

@Shizam newly taken pictures are indeed archived. But how can I archive the existing pictures? E.g. I don't want to archive pictures while roaming, but when I'm home I'd still like them to archive. – Gert Apr 12 '12 at 8:19

Now that I understand the question thanks to Gert's comment above I'll post this as an answer.

The ability to archive existing photos (that aren't already archived) is coming in a future release :)

Any updates regarding when that future release might occur? – Sean Feb 16 at 7:21
