I want to to be able to show a particular gallery to friends, but then want to stop the gallery from being seen at any given time, how do I go about stopping the subject gallery from being seen?
The last time I tried sending a URL for a gallery via email, it was still being used some weeks later,even although it was well "locked down" and I only wanted the gallery to be viewed for a couple of days only. The only way that I can see how to do this, is to make a "temporary gallery" then delete it when I no longer want it to be seen. I thought that maybe there was some way of amending/or blocking the gallery URL so it doesn't open up. Is there a way to make a url valid for a given time period only, EG: a URL that expires at a given date/time, and thereafter becomes unusable? I don't want to have to "build" a "temporary viewing" gallery every time that I want a certain "group" of people to see it, then delete it just because the URL is still valid.
What I really would like is a way of generating a "new" url for the gallery whenever I wish, which would then be emailed to the recipients, that way, I could issue/withdraw a viewing permission quicky. I hope that I haven't over-complicated this question.
