I LOVE my camera awesome app...but the cloud archive is not working. I have a SM pro account, I am logged in and have authenticated. I just did a test and took 4 pictures. The 1st picture archived, the next three did not. I left the app open to run for about 15 minutes and still nothing. I can "send to SM" but I would really like it to archive.

I have tried resetting the information on the app, deleted the app, reset my iPhone 4s (held down the middle button and powered off), then reinstalled the app. It is still not working.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

I think I found the answer/ possibly a bug??? After reinstalling the app AGAIN, I was having the same problem. It archived the first photo, and after that, nothing. Also, I have not been able to post to SM or FB, I kept getting the processing screen and never finished. I looked at the settings for the iPhone and "reset share" under the camera awesome app. I went back to the camera awesome app, logged into everything again and tested it. THAT WORKED! It seems that the reset from the app is not working correctly (even after reinstalling the app), but it does work from the iPhone settings. – October Smith May 16 '12 at 18:11

The app crashes everytime I open it and so I cannot access any of my photos. Since the app only opens for 3 seconds an closes after that, I realized that the app needed an update. Thus, I went to the app store and updated it.after te update still I am left with the same problem. Will I lose all my photos if I delete the app and re download????? Please help someone! I know I wrote this in the answers but this is a question and I really need someone's help. Please If someone can inform me on how to retrieve the photos when the app doesn't stay open no more than three secOnds. Should I delete te app and reload!??????

Are you in an area with spotty coverage? That can affect your archiving. I have the app set to archive only over wifi, this way I don't upload so many photos over 3g/4g. I can take a look at your site, please reply with your site name on SmugMug thanks.

I also have it set to only archive over wifi. I have tired to disable that just to test and I have not been able to get it to work AT ALL without being on wifi only. I live in an area with great coverage and have an old plan with unlimited data (so no worries about burning that up). My site is www.octoberdawnphotography.com (octoberdawn.smugmug.com). THANK YOU! for looking into this!!! You all at SM are the bomb.com! – October Smith May 16 '12 at 15:43
