Can I use watermarks selectively based on image size?

Is it possible to use the watermark feature such that smaller sizes are not watermarked? For example, I'd want to protect the more usable sizes:

• XLarge and below: No watermark

• Larger than XLarge: Apply watermark

• Original: No watermark, no display (easy)

No, it is not possible to do this. The only choice you have right now is for Thumbnails to be not watermarked, but all the other display sizes (Small up to X3) do get watermarked when you use the feature.
