I created several text-only printmarks that I have used in several galleries. But now they no longer appear in the pulldown selection of printmarks that appears in Gallery Settings (Tools-Gallery Settings- Printing - Printmarks). How can I find them, or recreate them?

Could you please try to access your printmarks by going to your Homepage > Tools > Account Settings > Business > Branding > Printmarks and double check if the printmarks are showing there? If the printmarks are not showing there either, please write an email to help@smugmug.com, the Support Heroes will be happy to help you further! |
