This question is different from one posted recently about the application freezing (but someone else in the comments of that question had this same problem it seems).

When I uploaded to iOS6 I think I accidentally selected that the app should not access my camera roll, and now i can't seem to figure out how to undo that selection (it seems to be impossible). I have deleted it, reloaded it (losing a bunch of pictures that I hadn't yet uploaded, just hoping to salvage my favorite camera app) multiple times, reset the settings--everything. I cannot figure out how to get the application to not just endlessly list different unfunny pandafarting messages. Is there any suggestion on this?

Apple has released some privacy settings within the iOS6. You will need to allow the Camera Awesome access to your iPhone’s photo library.

Go into the iPhone’s settings, click PRIVACY > PHOTOS > CAMERA! > ON.

That should solve the issue :)

Perfect--that fixed it. Wish I'd have done that before deleting my pictures! But at least I can keep using the app now. Thanks for the help! – Tony Sep 23 '12 at 4:54
