Can I disable the Slideshow button on a single gallery? Is there a global setting?

Gallery I would like to remove from is http://www.adkphotog.com/Other/Christmas-2012/26796660_43xnsw#!i=2244247927&k=mWXsbdc

Sure, just add this code .gallery_26796660 .play_slideshow {display: none;} to your Advanced Customization -> CSS box to disable it in that particular gallery.
