To view the popular photos on your site, you can enable the "most popular photos" box on your homepage via the "homepage layout" button. If you have photos in public galleries that were commented / voted, that'll display you the X most popular ones. To adjust how many are shown on the homepage box, click on "# of photos' to adjust the number.
