The 'RHisc36x0cNMM' is a key that's added to the end of the url when the Event is set as 'Unlisted'. The key prevents others from guessing the url to the Event.
If you set the Event to be 'Public', then no key will be added.

You could use the event marketing feature. It allows visitors / clients to register for the event so they are able to select their favorites. Those favorites would be visible to you as the account owner.
