This request seems like a perfect time to use Coupons if you have an account that supports it, such as Pro or Business. The way to do it would be a coupon for "Amount Off". Unfortunately, there is not a way to share a pricelist from within SmugMug. Your clients would need to click on the Buy button to see the price of your products.
