While not a question for this community support forum, Don MacAskill (SmugMug CEO & Chief Geek) has addressed the issue in the post at http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?p=1837919#post1837919 though reinstating the no cost Non-Profit accounts. Please contact the Help Desk with details to get reinstated.

This request seems like a perfect time to use Coupons if you have an account that supports it, such as Pro or Business. The way to do it would be a coupon for "Amount Off". You can set the minimum purchase that must be made, as well as the effective dates.

With our Pro account, you can use any of our labs. You can choose a different lab by creating a new pricelist in the 'manage pricelist' screen of your account settings > business > making money section.
