This is usually a sign that your browser cookie for SmugMug login status has expired or been deleted. Check your header or footer to see if it shows that you are still logged in. If you apply a keyword to all the images you can then goto a keyword view sorted by popularity. Images that have not had any thumbs up or comment reviews or facebook likes etc will not be in the resulting view.
