What DNS settings do I need to setup my custom domain? In reference to Cabbeys comment "Also note that some (really great) registrars allow a CNAME for the main domain itself, so you could have a CNAME for both 'www' and '@'." I need to point out that this is very rare. ie. none of the registrars that I work with regularly allow it. Of the ones that I have seen allow it, they did not work and ended up causing problems. Setting them up correctly using the setup we recommend worked. |

Does SmugMug offer a mobile app for customers to make purchases? Scott, I am afraid that we do not have an app specifically for customer use and ordering at this time. It is on our list of things to do. Part of the problem is things like cropping which are very important to the order process do not translate well to the mobile devices. Synchronize Ubuntu local folders with SmugMug Sorry, I am not aware of one. Keep an eye here: help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/… Its possible that someone will build one. |
