How do I make my homepage slideshow stretch to fit the page? It may be that is what is needed. But this is how it is frequently asked. New users do not know that it is often a good idea to put the galleries on a new page. They just want it to stretch. In some cases they still want the galleries under the slideshow. So I don't think the question needs to be split. The answer can address the options. |

How do I see the photos that have been thumbed as favorites? The book options do not allow the end customer to pick out their favorite photos. The book options are an account owner feature only so the end customer does not see them anyway unless they start their own account. Items that the customer places into their cart are not visible to the Pro until the order is placed. The customer may not have placed the order yet. My question is specifically about the ability to see the voted photos. The book part is ancillary to the primary question. Jfriend00's answer below is a correct response to this question. There may be others. |

What DNS settings do I need to setup my custom domain? Another revision to consider is for a custom subdomain. You can use anything you want as the subdomain but it must point using a CNAME at domains.smugmug.com |

How should I set up a page displaying prices for service? I agree the format of the question is not perfect but it is going to be very common until SmugMug develops a better way to create these types of pages. The problem for me is the "without customization?" caveat. Just to demonstrate the answer (using customizations) most likely to be given without that caveat: You would create a new gallery and item 39 from this help page help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93381 Then add the price information as HTML to the gallery description. Yes, the content of the page is open to discussion but that is the most common method to achieve it. |
