Why did my SmugMug style change? Where is system zoom in the control panel? I can't find it. |

Why did my SmugMug style change? FYI, your site works fine for me in IE9 when the zoom is set to 100%, but not when it's set to 75%. In IE9, to clear your cache, you press the Settings button, choose Internet Options, General tab, Delete... in the Browsing History section, Check off only [X] Temporary Internet Files and hit Delete. |

Why did my SmugMug style change? Clear your browser cache. Tell us what browser it's happening in. Try a different browser. Post a link to your site so we can look too. Do you have any CSS customizations that could be causing it? |

Will downgrading pro membership cause loss of photos? It isn't clear from your question, but if you're just downgrading from pro to power or standard and keeping your Smugmug account, all your photos will remain. |

Drop Down Navbar Running Passed Header and Into Galleries FYI, drop-down menus are designed to drop-down over the content below them. It works well and looks good if the drop-down menus have a border and a background color that contrasts with the content below. It is generally not a good idea to make your header taller just to make room for drop-down menus as that is just wasted space 99% of the time. |

Drop Down Navbar Running Passed Header and Into Galleries It is unclear to me what you mean by "running down into galleries". It's a drop-down menu. What do you want to happen to it? What solution are you looking for? |

How do I make two homepage and site views - one for friends and family, and another for anonymous visitors? @webby - A good feature suggestion would be to have N accounts you could be logged into from one email address/pwd, single billing and presumably a discount on the accounts past #1 since it's single billing, single person to support, etc... |

How do I make two homepage and site views - one for friends and family, and another for anonymous visitors? @webby - the two accounts are completely separate. You even have to have two email addresses. The simplest way to manage multiple logins is to use separate browsers to manage each one, I use Firefox to manage one and Chrome the other - then both can stay logged into their respective accounts. |

Changing text fonts and colors Keith in the future, please add content updates like this to your question (so everyone reading the question sees all the relevant info) and then post a comment that you've added more info to the question. |

How do I bring back customizations after using Easy Customizer? I just saw your other question here and I left a comment there with further clarification questions. |

Changing text fonts and colors Please be extremely specific about what objects you want to change the color of and what you want to change it to and specify whether you want to only change one gallery or the whole site for that type of object. It is different CSS if it's just in one gallery vs. the whole site and different objects require different CSS so we can only advise when have very specific information about what you're trying to accomplish. I didn't answer you dgrin question very specifically because you didn't include enough specific info. |

How do I bring back customizations after using Easy Customizer? Smugmug is experimenting with StackExchange to see how well it works for customizing questions like yours. Ask a new question here for your color question. Please be very specific about what objects in your page you want to change the color of and what you want to change the color to. |

How do I bring back customizations after using Easy Customizer? Next, go to the Advanced Customizer and turn off the Smugmug header and select which footer you want. |

Instant Upload from Android? This generally doesn't work very well because on Android, when you choose to email a photo to someone, it sends an email-sized version of the image, not the original - thus you end up with a downsized version on Smugmug which isn't what people usually want. I haven't found an easy way around that. Plus email is very inefficient for uploading because it does a base64 encode to turn the binary into text, at least doubling the size of the image. |

How do I link to a specific location in a video? If Smugmug exposed a simple javascript API to your video player, then this problem could be solved with some custom user Javascript without Smugmug having to deliver the specific solution - just sayin'. |

Will Smugmug continue supporting YUI2, even though they now have YUI3? As I'm sure you're aware, there are likely thousands of users using YUI2-based customizations so it would take some process to get them all migrated to something new. I guess I'm assuming we'll hear about any YUI2 support demise long, long, long before it actually happens. |

As a non-professional user, why would one pay for smugmug instead of use a free site? If you were already going to have a Smugmug account, then also using it for backup is certainly inexpensive. But, it is not automatic and it can only handle JPEGs. If you have any other type of data that needs to be backed up (I have RAW files, Word files, etc...), then you will need a reliable choice for those. I personally use BackBlaze ($50/yr) for backup because it's 100% automatic, unlimited and because the worst kind of backup is the one you haven't gotten around to doing yet right when you most need it. |

Why is the navigation bar not responding when using Chrome? I'm not seeing the issue here in Chrome on Vista either. |
