Why won't my camera awesome images appear in my camera roll? To begin with, there is no need to enable the "reset sharing accounts" option during normal use - it's only there for troubleshooting issues and by design, it'll always switch back to off. Is ProRes a supported video format on SmugMug? I'd recommend that you give it a try with a small example. I don't have an example to try it with so I can't say if it'll work. Keep in mind that the video you upload will just be used to create our video sizes and is then deleted. So there's little use in uploading a super high quality / super large file as it'll be converted anyhow. So you'll likely just take you to upload longer for no quality benefit. |

Why do thumbnails display a different saturation of color to the main images? Thumbnails are tiny images and if you'd add a color profile to them, they'd likely massively increase in file size and thus result in slower load times as often a lot of thumbnails are displayed on a gallery page. Over the years I've maybe seen a handful people bring this up as an issue and making a change for those very few vs. increasing the load times for everyone else doesn't seem like a good idea. That's just my personal view on the subject. |

Why do thumbnails display a different saturation of color to the main images? Without specific examples and details on what browsers versions and operating systems you used, this may be difficult to answer. That said, I'm guessing it boils down to the color management done in the browser. Thumbnails on SmugMug don't contain color profiles (for size and thus speed reasons) and some browsers don't color manage them due to that. For example, in Firefox you can change that behavior via a config setting kb.mozillazine.org/Gfx.color_management.enabled |

Camera Awesome app frozen In addition to what Bradford asked, can you provide us with details on what in specific you did before running into the issue? Where exactly / at what screen does it freeze? Did you attempt to share any photos / videos, if so to which services? How much free space do you have on your iPhone? Check on that in the iOS settings app > general > about section. How many photos / videos do you have within the Camera Awesome app? Also check the app store app that you have the latest update for Camera Awesome installed. |
